RFCI - Competent Person

This course teaches work practices that are recommended when removing resilient floor covering and its associated adhesives that have been determined not to be asbestos-containing. Employers must designate a "competent person" with 4 hours of additional training to be responsible for the health and safety of the workers at the floor removal job site.
